PURPOSE: A system and a method for synchronizing television signals associated with multiple broadcast networks are provided to remove a time difference between program reproduction and display under various broadcasting networks to enable viewers to simultaneously watch the same program, thereby improving viewing satisfaction. CONSTITUTION: A method for synchronizing television signals associated with multiple broadcast networks comprises the following steps. A frame of a video broadcast signal is received(502). Data showing the received frame is generated(504). The data showing the received frame is transmitted to a server(506). Data showing a time of displaying the received frame is received from the server(508). The received frame is actually outputted on a display device at the display time. |
