PURPOSE: A thin-film fluorescent material with a complex structure is provided to ensure high luminous efficiency and excellent optical efficiency, and to reduce costs by not using slurry while using a fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: A thin-film fluorescent material with a complex structure comprises a substrate and a two dimensional photonic crystal structure(9). A fluorescent substance is coated on the substrate. The two dimensional photonic crystal structure is formed on the substrate. The surface of the substrate is a non-planar surface with roughness. |
