<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a compound useful as a therapeutic agent for chronic renal failure or diabetic neuropathy. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Disclosed is an ornithine derivative having an EP4 receptor antagonistic activity. In the compound, a cycloalkanediyl is introduced into the C-terminus of the ornithine moiety, whereby the physicochemical properties (e.g., solubility) of the compound can be largely improved and properties suitable as a medicinal agent are imparted to the compound. The compound has a good EP4 receptor antagonistic activity, and is therefore useful as a therapeutic agent for chronic renal failure or diabetic neuropathy.</p> |
