A reactor for producing carbon black comprises metal housing which inner surface is coated with refractory material, and combustion chamber equipped with devices for fuel and air supply, mixing chamber equipped with feed nozzle, reaction chamber and hardening chamber, both equipped with water supply nozzle, all devices are arranged in the housing in tandem and coaxially. The reaction chamber is made stepwise and comprises at least two cylinder sections with diameters increasing in the direction from the mixing chamber to the hardening chamber. |
