The invention relates to automobile industry, in particular, to the pneumatic cargo and light truck tires of radial and diagonal design with the body from rubberized textile cord. The technical object of disclosed invention consists in increase of reliability and longevity of the tires by development, testing and practical application of textile cords with increased tensile strength of the material of body without considerable increase of the diameter of cord thread. The technical task is solved due to the fact that in the casing of pneumatic cargo or light tire, in accordance with the invention, in the body the threads of textile cord are used, which have following structure 144 tex x1 x2 or 188 (187) tex x1 x3, or 188 (187) tex x2 x2, or 210 tex x1 x3 or 210 tex x2 x2, or 280 tex x1 x3 with number of torsions within the limits of 180-240 per linear meter. The technical result, which is ensured by disclosed plurality of essential features, consists: in increase of the tensile strength of the material of cord without considerable increase of the thread diameter; in increase of strength of the connection cords-body-rubber; in the development of the designs of tires with application of the cord with increased tensile strength of the material of body; in increase or not worsening of initial features of tires in operation; development of tires with increased features of loading and category of speed. |
