A method for restoring the sinus rhythm of the heart in non-valvular atrial fibrillation comprises antiarrhythmic therapy and electric stimulation of the heart. Beforehand, Adaptol (one tablet in the morning), Varfarin 5 mg once a week with control of the international normalization ratio, and Bisoprolol at a dose of 10 mg/day are taken for three weeks. After the electric cardioversion, Varfarin at the adequate dose is taken for one month and Bisoprolol at a dose of 10 mg/day – for a year. |
