The apparatus for production of fermented malts consists of horizontal cylindrical body with sieve baffle along the length of it, separating the body into working volume and under sieve space, with ability of rotation around the axial axis. The apparatus has metallic thermally insulated shroud on the body for heating and additionally equipped with the sprinkling system, located in the superior part of working volume, with the barbotage system in under sieve space, and with the system for float dissociation. |
