METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF granulated saturating mixture

A method for preparation of granulated saturating mixture includes forming of granules and their subsequent treatment. Granules are formed from steel particles with diameter of 1-5 mm, are placed in the mixing machine of "drum tumbler" type and are mixed with addition of carbide in the form of fine fraction with the size of particles of less than 10 µm. The mixture composition contains carbide of 16-69 % from the mixture volume. Mixing is carried out with the steel a ball with diameter of 50 mm, which is placed into the mixing machine.
