A method of production of bimetallic operating units of crushers includes smelting and filling in a casting mold of steel melt, putting of flux on its hardened surface, smelting and filling of wear-resistant alloy cast iron. Furthermore, after steelmaking, with carbonic equivalent (С) from 0.3 to 1.2%, before its filling, the solidus temperature of steel is determined, pouring point of cast iron and its carbonic equivalent (С), which is used to determine the chemical composition of cast iron, which is melt and poured into the casting mold on the steel substrate. |
