PURPOSE: A method for producing guava extract is provided to obtain guava extract with rich flavor of guava. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing guava extract comprises: a step of adding 0.4-0.6 weight parts of sugar to stems, fruits, or leaves of guava; a step of adding 5-95 % alcohol and storing; and a step of collecting the guava extract. The stems, fruits or leaf is dried. |
