The present system consists in achieving high concentrations of more that 400% of oxygen dissolved in water, which allows water to be purified without adding any chemical pollutant, also avoiding waste of process water unlike further purifying systems. The system mainly consists in passing water to a pre-treating container, where the concentrated ozone and oxygen gases are reused from the previous purification system for starting the oxidation of organic and inorganic matter, then the water passing by a plurality of filters for removing suspended solids, the water is subsequently concentrated in a contact column where oxygen and ozone are introduced at high concentrations using a plurality of systems intended to concentrate oxygen by adsorption and separators intended to concentrate argon for achieving oxygen purities of 99.99%. Since the process do not include the addition of any pollutant, the water is of high quality, so it may be used for preparing food and beverages such as bottl ed water, soft drinks, bear, etc. The water with a high concentration of oxygen is also used for obtaining better results in fish and molluscs breeding for consumption and maintaining the biodiversity control in aquatic ecosystems.
