A device for protection of a transport vehicle against short-circuit currents contains an input contact element for a minus bus of storage battery, an output contact element for electrical equipment and an input contact of control for a starting relay, an electronic switch, a diode and a safety device. Basic and blocking field-effect transistors are used as the electronic switch. In the case the basic field-effect transistor by source is connected to the input contact element, it is connected by a drain with the output contact element, it is connected by a gate through the resistor to the input control contact. The blocking field-effect transistor is connected by the source with the source of basic field-effect transistor, the drain is connected with its gate, the gate through the resistor is connected with the drain of said basic field-effect transistor. |
