METHOD FOR VISUAL ACCESSORY ASSESSMENT OF DISTURBED MAIN BLOOD FLOW IN VESSEL UNDER EXAMINATION, RENAL ARTERY FOR EXAMPLE

A method for the visual accessory assessment of the disturbed main blood flow in the vessel under examination, renal artery for example, provides for the detection of the stenosing lesions in the extreme areas of the blood vessel – at the site of its origin from aorta and in the vicinity of the hilum of kidney. When the extent of at least one lesion in the cross-section exceeds by at least 20% the internal diameter of the intact vessel as well as when the length of the lesion extends to at least 10% of the length of the vessel, the disturbed blood flow is diagnosed.
