A method for making a polyfunctional malt additive and flour products using thereof provides for grain classification, soaking, malting (t - ,- 5-6 days), drying (t - ,- 5-6 days), grinding (particle size of 2-), mixing with water, extracting, condensing the extract in a microwave drier under vacuum, addition thereof to the formulation in an amount of 10%. Extracting is carried out from the malt dried up to a moisture content of 20% at a hydromodule of grain:water of 1:3, with vacuum depth of 0.3 atmosphere, a power of 0.1 kWt for 2.5 hrs with a 10 minute interval of treatment. |
