PURPOSE: A non-aqueous liquid electrolyte is provided to suppress resistance increase of a secondary battery by improving cycle life of a secondary battery and to improve capacity retention rate. CONSTITUTION: A non-aqueous liquid electrolyte includes proton solvent and disulfon acid ester compound. The disulfon acid ester compound is represented by chemical formula 1, wherein A and B are independently C1~5 alkylene group; and at least one of A and B has an alkenyl group as a substitution group. The non-aqueous secondary battery includes the non-aqueous liquid electrolyte, anode and cathode. |
