FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: plate comprises web 1 with perforation holes and cylindrical nozzles 2 installed in them. Upper parts of nozzles 2, protruding above plate web, are arranged in the form of truncated cones 3 and are coaxially installed inside heads 4. Heads are arranged with alternating section with cylindrical 5, confusor 6 and diffuser 7 sections that alternate inside in direction from plate web upwards. Lower cylindrical section 5 is equipped with side slots 8. Adjacent heads 4 at the outlet are connected with rotary knee to longitudinal slot along generatrix in section inverted to the side of plate web. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation and increased throughput capacity of plate due to forward-flow motion with high speed of steam and dispersed liquid phases, availability of minor liquid phase drops in moving and braking flows, which help to increase surface of phases contact and intensify processes of heat-mass exchange in apparatus. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
