FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for protecting and stabilising high-frequency amplifiers and can be used in amplifier cascades of radio transmitters. In the proposed invention, the power amplifier with temperature stabilisation of amplification which contains a preliminary amplification cascade, a terminal amplification cascade, a harmonic filter, a unit for automatic regulation of amplification, an incident wave detector, a reflected wave detector, is distinguished by that, it also contains a shaper of the control voltage of the unit for automatic regulation of amplification, controlled by signals from incident wave and reflected wave detectors, a voltage offset unit for the preliminary amplification cascade with a temperature sensor, a voltage offset unit for the terminal amplification cascade with another temperature sensor, a temperature control unit with variable threshold of operation for additional control of the voltage offset unit of the preliminary and terminal cascades. ^ EFFECT: low level of harmonic distortions of the power amplifier in a wide frequency range, bandpass flatness within the limits of 0,25 dB, improved temperature stabilisation of amplification and protection of transistors from overheating. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
