FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor engineering and deals with compressors having rolling rotor. Rotary compressor with rolling rotor is enclosed into housing with end covers. Compressor is provided with intake and pressure inlets and pressure valve is installed in latter inlet. There is a rotor located eccentrically in the housing and separating plate interacting with the above rotor in the compressor. The above mentioned plate is located in the hollow connected with the source of cooling and lubricating liquid forming piston pairs. Compressor is provided with casing covering the compressor housing and linking the above mentioned hollow through distributing device. The distributing device is implemented as holes with bushings inside, which are truncated cone-shaped internal extensions of lesser and larger diametre. The extensions are directed to the side of cooling and lubricating liquid source. The separating plate has variable cross section. Lesser cross section is directed to rotor side, whereas larger cross section is directed to the hollow in housing. The plate area directed to hollow is derived from mathematical dependence. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of compressor due to effective operation of lubricating -cooling liquid priming system. ^ 3 dwg |
