FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for heating air. The convector has a case with openings in the top and bottom parts, joined by a pipe for inlet and outlet of heat-carrier with fins in form of vertical plates and a valve for automatic regulation of heat-transfer. The convector has an extra pipe carrying heat-carrier, joined to the main pipe carrying heat-carrier. Each of the plates in the fins has an opening for holding pipes for inlet and outlet of heat-carrier with displacement to the rear side of the convector, and has, on the front side of the convector, between the said openings, a lateral triangular opening, the peak of which faces the rear side of the convector. The corner of each of the plates in the bottom part on the rear side of the convector is cut off. On the front side of the case there is a window with a visor, the location of which corresponds to lateral openings on the plates. The visor of the window faces inside the case with possibility of its snug engagement with the butt-ends of the plates at the bottom edge of the lateral openings of preferably triangular shape. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for high heat transfer of the heat convector due to intensification of the heat-exchange process. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
