FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a magnetic array, made from flexible components and materials, the shape of which can be easily changed to match the contour of different curved surfaces and structures. ^ EFFECT: electromagnetic acoustic transducers (EAT) which contain such magnets, in addition to the fact that they are flexible, can have less volume than traditional magnets of electromagnetic acoustic transducers, and therefore can be easily fitted onto complex structures with limited access; also flexible multipolar magnetic arrays can be easily and cheaply turned into various shapes and configurations, resulting in their versatility and cost-effectiveness compared to traditional rigid structures of magnets. ^ 18 cl, 7 dwg |
