FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of computer engineering, namely to automated system of citizen identification data preparation for making of passport-visa documents of new generation. In order to achieve technical result, system comprises module of performed tasks selection, module of selection of reference address of draft applications of citizens in server data base, module of selection of reference address of generated citizen applications in server data base and module for generation of current addresses of citizen draft applications in server data base. And also module for generation of current addresses of generated citizen applications in server data base, module of integration of record signals and server data base record reading signals, module for selection of citizen application type for editing, module for selection of citizen application generation control signals and module for editing of citizen applications. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of system operation by means of generation of citizen identification data for making of new generation passport-visa documents on a real time basis. ^ 16 dwg
