FIELD: construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry and namely to construction of rainwater heads meant for flat roofs. The effect is achieved by the fact that rainwater head includes a body with a flange, a throat and a connection, and a protective grid; at that, on lower and upper surfaces of flanges contacting, when the head is being erected, the heated polymer bitumen waterproofing layer, there are annular slots of rectangular cross section which are located concentrically. At that, width of slots is 0.8 to 1.5 of thickness of the roof waterproofing layer, and depth of slots is 0.2 to 0.5 of thickness of waterproofing layer. ^ EFFECT: improving reliability of attachment of the head flange to the roof waterproofing layer. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg
