Then upper external articulate appendix of cranial vertebra from chosen vertebras is totally removed. By pedicular detector its arc root is found above and pedicular hook with extended body is placed on it in caudal direction. Then lower external articulate appendix of caudal vertebra from selected ones is resected to the bottom. By pedicular detector its arc root is found below and pedicular hook with extended body is placed on it in cranial direction. On lateral with respect to arc rod of segmental correcting instrument compreming grip from placed hooks is formed turn of curved on scoliosis rod in direction from outside to inside until complete removal of rod bend from on-scoliosis position to on-lordosis position is carried out. Then compression between hooks is carried out.
