PURPOSE: A device for a diagnosis and control of a sewage disposal process and a method thereof are provided to offer efficient usability by applying a model capable of diagnosing and measuring a control factor having high accuracy and credibility. CONSTITUTION: A device(200) for a diagnosis and control of a sewage disposal process includes an input part(210), a modeling part(220), a selection part(230), a control factor diagnosing and measuring part(240), and a communication part(250). The water quality date of inflow water or effluent is inputted to the input part. The modeling part copies a sewage disposal process using inputted water quality data. The selection part selects an optimized model of the sewage disposal process. The control factor diagnosing and measuring part diagnoses and measures a control factor of the process. The communication part transmits date to control or diagnose the process.
