The method involves performing back-to back assembling of ground aluminum grains (2) contained in cement sheets (1) with a rapid setting cement mixture (4) that is reinforced by metallic elements (3) and locked back to back by bolting for constituting a panel. Crushed granules of expanded aluminum are scattered in a homogenous manner on the cement sheets. The sheets are glued back-to-back using the reinforced cement to complete hardening of the panel. The sheets are cut, removed from a mold, and bonded back-to back using bolting.
