The tube (1) has tubular sections (10, 11) connected by an articulated sealing connection (12). The connection has male and female parts for authorizing translation, rotation and pivoting of the tubular sections with respect to each other. The interior diameter of the tubular sections ranges between 4 and 16 millimeter. A flexible joint i.e. elastomer O-ring, is housed in an annular groove of the male part. The male part is inserted in the female part such that the joint is placed in permanent contact with an internal wall of a flared portion of the female part.
