The ladder has two autoblocking footrests (3) provided on guide posts (1) and fixed with respect to each other without movements or mobile mechanism of components, where each footrest is formed from a single piece or assembled pieces. The footrests include plates surmounted by envelopes of feet of a user for permitting the user to incline the feet towards the front for freely sliding the feet on the posts. The posts are fixed on a wall or stanchion without disturbing sliding of the footrests.
