PURPOSE: A safety knob of a door for a vehicle is provided to improve the quality of a safety knob while being operated easily by allowing a operation rod of the safety knob not to be seen by a user. CONSTITUTION: In a safety knob for a door of a car, a bracket(101) is fixed at a door panel. An operating knob is combined with a bracket and connects a cable operating the door latch assembly. The operating knob(103) release and locks the door, and a bracket body(105) has fastening hole(104) which is protruded from both side of it so that the bracket is fixed to a door panel. A knob space(106) is formed at the center of the bracket body so that the operating knob is combined with it, and a guide rim is installed at both sides of the knob space and it is protruded to a direction of the operating knob.
