The module (26A) has an annular floating body (32) defining an interior volume (38) and including a fluid injection inlet (40) for injecting fluid i.e. hydrocarbon, in the volume. The body includes a fluid ejection outlet (44) for ejecting the fluid outside the volume and distinct from the inlet. The inlet is connected to gas injection units (28) that inject gas in the volume, for passing the module from a submerged configuration in which the volume is filled with the fluid, to a floating configuration in which the volume is filled with the gas. An independent claim is also included for a submerged device comprising a submerged conduit.
