The vehicle has a thermal engine (1) that is driven by a gearbox (10), and a variable flow hydraulic pump (2) that is driven by a gearbox (20). An electronic case (7) is connected to switching units for choosing a work operating mode and a circulation mode on road. The gearbox (10) is directly controlled by operator, in work operating mode. The gearbox (20) is directly controlled by the operator to manage the function of the thermal engine based on the need of the operator, in a circulation mode on road.
