The device has a transparent bottle (2) opened on an end (2') with an interior fillet (2a) to receive a movable closure (3) with double function of bottle closure and mechanism of tube of cosmetic pomade (7), which is in an exit position of the mechanism when the closure is screwed on the bottle and in an enter position when the closure is unscrewed. Rotation movement exerts on the closure giving priority to screwing the pomade in the closure in the enter position and permitting unscrewing of the closure from the bottle when the pomade is protected in the mechanism belonging to the bottle.
