<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light storage type power transmission line component which can be distinguished at night, and can improve visibility. <P>SOLUTION: The light storage type power transmission line component is mounted to the overhead power transmission line 2, formed by being applied with a white coating film on its surface as pretreatment, and has a light accumulation light-emitting layer 41 coated on the white coating film with at least one layer or more.
