<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a coloring hardenable composition that has high polymerization starting efficiency of the whole film when it is produced, has a high line width sensitivity and a large DOF (Depth of Focus) margin (deep focus depth), and keeps the adhesiveness to a support object after exposure and development; a color filter having a precise and sufficient pattern shape (especially in the case of solid imaging element, rectangular property of pattern), and its manufacturing method; and a solid imaging element having high color reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: This coloring hardenable composition contains a coloring agent, a polymerized monomer, an oxime-based polymerization initiator, and an amino-alkyl-fenon-based polymerization initiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
