摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of relative position control for a floating body and a vessel capable of controlling a shuttle tanker to operate within a safety area according to the motion of a platform on the ocean. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises various sensors 200 detecting an environmental situation around the shuttle tanker 1000, an external force database 10 stored by calculating in advance the relation between the environmental situation and an environmental external force affecting a hull depending on the environmental situation, an external force assessment means 20 evaluating the external force affecting the hull based on the result detected by the various sensors 200 and the data of the external database 10, a bow azimuth optimizing means 30 optimizing bow azimuth so that the external force becomes minimum, and a dynamic positioning control device 500 controlling the bow azimuth at least for a targeted floating body structure 2000 based on the output of the bow azimuth optimizing means 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
