PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure device, an image forming device and an image forming method each capable of providing a stable image without affecting a user's sense of use by preventing an increase of a position gap due to a temperature increase in the exposure device. SOLUTION: The image forming device 100 has a plurality of charging means 10 charging respective surfaces of a plurality of image carriers 9 corresponding to expression colors with an electrostatic charge, an exposure means 11 forming an electrostatic latent image by exposing the surfaces of a plurality of the image carriers 9 charged by the charging means 10 to laser light 14 coming from a light source 21 and reflected by a reflecting surface of a reflecting mirror 20, and a plurality of developing means 12 developing the electrostatic latent image formed by the exposure means 11 with a developing agent of the expression colors wherein a rotation axis 26 of the reflecting mirror 20 is perpendicular to a rotation axis of a plurality of the image carriers 9, and the rotation axis 26 of the reflecting mirror 20 is by a predetermined distance apart from the rotation axis of a plurality of the image carriers 9.
