PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot welding method of dissimilar plates capable of demonstrating the sufficient welding force by suppressing generation of any intermetallic compound generated on an interface of an aluminum alloy and a steel material while suppressing the required current value by performing the lap welding of two steel plates and one aluminum alloy plate while enhancing the heat generation efficiency by using a DC welding machine. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy plate (6a) side forms a cathodic electrode 5, and a high-tensile steel plate (10a) side forms an anodic electrode 4, respectively. A steel plate side nugget FN (molten part) generated on the high-tensile steel plate (10a) side is formed only on the high-tensile steel plate (10a) side without being projected to the aluminum alloy plate (6a) side. Thus, any aluminum side nugget AN (molten part) is not generated locally, but uniformly generated in a wide range. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
