PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant capable of effectively reducing fretting friction even when vibration is large, and a rolling bearing with further excellent fretting resistance and in durability. SOLUTION: The lubricant comprises iron sulfide fine particles having an average particle size of 1-100 nm.
