RESIN EMULSION FOR POLYMER CEMENT COMPOSITION, AND POLYMER CEMENT COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer cement using a highly functional resin emulsion free from ammonia smell since it is the problem that the smell of ammonia occurs when being blended with cement though a highly functional resin emulsion using a reactive emulsifier is used for improving resin emulsion performance for polymer cement. SOLUTION: Pair ions of an anion type reactive emulsifier used upon resin emulsion production are made into alkali metal salts, thereby obtaining the polymer cement free from the occurrence of ammonia smell even upon cement or mortar blending.
