PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to prevent light unevenness between adjacent light-emitting devices which can suppress light unevenness by having a forward light emitting performance, even in gaps which are formed in between the adjacent light-emitting devices. SOLUTION: An illumination device is equipped with a plurality of light-emitting devices 5 each having a light source 21 and a light guide material 22, in which light from the light source 21 is introduced from the side end surface to the interior and irradiated from the front surface. The plurality of light-emitting devices 5 are arranged adjacent, in a state with the side end surfaces of the light guide materials 22 being separated and facing each other. In an intermediate region 12 constituted of the separated region, a forward irradiation part is installed which changes the progressing direction of light irradiated from the side end surface of the light guide material 22 toward the intermediate region 12, to the front direction. A light-transmitting part which transmits light irradiated from the forward irradiation part toward the front direction is installed in the front side of the intermediate region 12.
