<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity-adjustable panel that easily enhances adhesiveness between a base material having humidity-adjustable property and a surface layer material having moisture-permeable property without impairing humidity-adjusting performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The humidity-adjustable panel 1 includes a base material 2 having humidity-adjustable property and a surface layer material 3 that is installed on the upper face 2a of the base material across an adhesive layer 4 and that has moisture-permeable property.
