<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic latent image development, a manufacturing method of the same, a developer, and an image forming method, which achieve high image quality, low temperature fixability, an offset property, and a tacking resistance property. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic latent image development is made by aggregating and fusing polymer particles and colorant particles. The polymer particle contains a polymer particle obtained by polymerizing: a polymerizable monomer containing a reactive group or its block body; and a polymerizable monomer containing an aromatic group which can react with the reactive group.
