<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrophotography which forms images which are stable and good for a long period of time, realizes the long life of a machine, prevents the occurrence of a dark spot due to dielectric breakdown on an amorphous silicone photosensitive material, and firmly polishes a discharge product adhering to the amorphous silicone photosensitive material, and to provide an image-forming device using the toner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toner has toner particles on the surfaces of which agglutinative titanium oxide is externally added, the oxide being at least 500 kg/mm<SP>2</SP>in Vickers hardness, at least 200 nm in secondary particle size and at most 1.0<SP>-5</SP>Ω in resistance.
