Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mark signal processing device 5 is provided with a mark right/wrong determination section 52 and a mark synchronization calculation section 53 executing software A of a low-speed task, and a mark output section 54 executing software B of a high-speed task. The mark right/wrong determination section 52 and the mark synchronization calculation section 53 determines the right/wrong of the mark signal, calculates scan counts T3a and T3b based on a time width from a start time point of a scan to a time point of reaching an ON position of the mark signal, and outputs the scan count start timing signal and scan count signals T3a and T3b. The mark output section 54 outputs a mark right signal after the lapse of the scan counts T3a and T3b from the time point of inputting the scan count start timing signal.
