In the network configuring method for preventing attack, the network comprises a route device and a user device, the user device communicates with the network of access operator through the route device. The method for configuring the network comprises: configuring VLAN ID of the user for the user device; configuring the user device to access in the QinQ way at the user access interface of the route device; encapsulating the message of the user device into the QinQ message and sending the QinQ message; configuring the suppressing rate and default behavior of particular type of message based on VLAN ID of the user in the inner layer of QinQ message.
