<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an airbag device capable of making thickness of a surface skin layer uniform by enhancing sealing performance between an outer panel and an inner panel. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a panel attaching process for attaching the inner panel 4 having a plurality of mounting holes 16 in a flange part 13 and the outer panel 5 having attracting pieces 15 to be inserted into the mounting holes by inserting the attracting pieces into the mounting holes, a panel setting process for setting both of the attached panels and to metallic molds 22 and 25, an outer panel leading-in process for adhering the outer panel to the inner panel by inserting clamping pieces 27 provided in the metallic mold into holes 21 for attraction formed in the attracting pieces and attracting the attracting pieces to an inserting direction distal end side, and an urethane layer forming process for forming an urethane layer 6 by covering a surface of the outer panel and a top face of the inner panel by injecting an urethane raw material into a cavity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
