PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer case arrangement lubricating a clutch and/or a bearing of a transfer case, even when a second output shaft is shut down, in the transfer case arrangement having a clutch for distributing torque between front-rear output shafts and a second output shaft shutdown device when the clutch is in an unengaged state. SOLUTION: This transfer case arrangement includes a first output shaft 16, the second output shaft 24, the clutch 32 for torque distribution between the output shafts 16 and 24, the shutdown device 44 for shutting down the second output shaft 24 when the clutch 32 is not engaged, an oil carrying device 40 for carrying lubricating oil for lubricating the other component of the clutch 32 and/or the transfer case arrangement, and a controller 34 for occasionally operating the oil carrying device 40 when the output shaft 24 is shut down.
