<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation unit having an improved dew condensation preventing structure. <P>SOLUTION: This ventilation unit 100 includes: a body 90 provided with an air trunk F; a motor 10 for circulating the air into the air trunk F; an inner panel 70 covering a front face of the body 90; and a decorative panel 80 disposed in a state of being overlapped to the inner panel 70, and a heat insulating layer is formed between the inner panel 70 and the decorative panel 80.
