摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely predict the shape of a product in a simulation device for predicting the shape of a product by structure analysis by a finite element method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The simulation device A is provided with: a data acquisition part 20 for accepting the input of the design information of the configuring components of a product and analytic conditions including the materials and restraint conditions of the configuring components; and an FEM analyzing part 30 for predicting the shape of the finished article of a product by successively performing structure analysis to each process until the product is completed by a finite element method by using the accepted design information and analytic conditions. As for configuring components to be held and restrained and produced by a mending tool, a data acquisition part 20 accepts the input of mending tool precision information showing the variation of positions when the configuring components are held and restrained by the mending tool. Also, in a process using the configuring components to be held and restrained by the mending tool, an FEM analyzing part 30 performs structure analysis by reflecting the mending tool precision information as well as the design information and the analytic conditions.
