<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation amplifier circuit for accurately detecting abnormality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This insulation amplifier circuit is configured to convert an input signal VI into a digital signal by an A/D converter 11, and to convert the digital signal received through a capacitor 3 from a primary side circuit 10 into an analog signal as an output signal VO by a D/A converter 21 and to convert the output signal VO into the digital signal, and to transmit the digital signal through the capacitor 3 to the primary side circuit 10, and to convert it into the analog signal, and to compare the analog signal with the input signal VI for detecting abnormality, and to transmit a signal ERR for detecting abnormality to a secondary side circuit 20 with insulation by a photo-coupler 9.
