PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical metal joint of a framework material, inexpensive and having no obstruction to durability as compared with that formed of the so-called welded steel pipe. SOLUTION: This cylindrical metal joint is formed of a cylindrical body, and one end part fitted in one 17 of framework materials joined to each other and the other end part fitted in the other framework material 20 are provided with penetrating holes 13 for a drift pin 14 penetrating through the respective framework materials 17, 20. The cylindrical body is formed by bending a metal plate 10 and fitting square projecting pieces 11 arranged and projected at one end along the longitudinal direction in cutouts 12 arranged and recessed in the other end.
